Hydraulic Rotary Joint with Internal And External Thread Connection

The Low Pressure Swivel is a precision engineering stainless steel adapter, specially designed for hose reels to operate under low to medium pressure. This rotation features smooth sliding bearings, controlled rotation and durable O-rings with nitrile rubber seals. EPDM or FKM is available for greater compatibility with various fluids and temperatures. It can withstand a pressure of up to 725 psi, rotate at a speed of 30 RPM, and perform reliably in an environment up to 250° F. It is an ideal choice for commercial flushing and fluid distribution systems.

Introduction to the Hydraulic Live Swive

Rotational Freedom: One of the primary features of a hydraulic live swivel is its ability to allow continuous 360-degree rotation while maintaining fluid integrity. This makes it ideal for applications where components need to rotate without limiting the hydraulic fluid's flow.

Pressure Resistance: Hydraulic live swivels are designed to handle high pressures typical in hydraulic systems. They ensure that there is no leakage or loss of pressure while the system is operational.

Sealing Performance: To prevent fluid leakage and ensure efficient operation under various conditions, these swivels incorporate high-quality seals. The sealing technology is crucial for maintaining system performance and reliability.

Material Quality: Often made from durable materials such as stainless steel or other corrosion-resistant alloys, hydraulic live swivels are built to withstand harsh environments and provide long-lasting service.

Versatility: These swivels can be configured with different port sizes and angles (such as straight, 45 degrees, or 90 degrees) to suit specific application requirements. Some designs also support multi-path fluid transfer through a single swivel.

Compact Design: Despite their robust functionality, hydraulic live swivels are often designed to be compact, making them suitable for integration into tight spaces without compromising performance.

Temperature Range: High-quality hydraulic live swivels are capable of operating effectively across a wide range of temperatures, ensuring stable performance in both hot and cold environments.
