Modern automated machinery often needs to transmit multiple different media simultaneously while rotating. Ordinary single‑passage rotary unions can no longer satisfy complex working conditions. Multi‑passage rotary unions integrate several independent flow channels inside one unit, enabling simultaneous transmission of hydraulic oil, compressed air, cooling water, steam or other fluids between stationary and rotating parts. Without line twisting and winding, they greatly improve equipment stability for multi‑channel automation systems.
