H Type Single Way Threaded Connection Brass Rotary joint is a kind of rotary joint supported by bearing. Graphite ring is used to seal the inner part of the rotating joint of through cooling water. The structure is simple, the maintenance is convenient and the sealing is reliable. Metal hoses are recommended for cooling water rotary joints and pipeline connections.
The hollow shaft is directly connected with the roller through threads or flanges, which is the main rotating part. The sealing structure combines the characteristics of Q type (internal seal) and D type rotary joint (rolling bearing support). Balanced seal design is adopted to make the working pressure almost equal to the two ends of the sealing ring, thus effectively reducing the wear of the sealing load on the sealing end surface and prolonging the service life. Rolling bearing support to the hollow shaft greatly reduces the rotating torque, makes the operation flexible, and adds small size and light weight. Therefore, it can be applied to higher speed conditions. In addition, the shell is provided with an observation hole through which the leakage and wear of the seal can be observed.
